I finally managed to visit the Pradasphere at Harrods yesterday, and can’t recommend it enough. There is a beautiful collection of clothes and accessories from the last twenty or so years, with a particular focus on the collections of the last few years. It also offers an insight into the world of early 20th century Prada, with beautiful little antiquities on display.

The only downside was the gathering of insular sales assistants who stood around generally being irksome. But aside from that, definitely try and visit before the end of the month!

Veronese at the National Gallery

I managed to have a look at the incredible Veronese exhibition at the National Gallery. It’s on until the 15th of June, and is a wonderful little time capsule of renaissance Italy – definitely worth having a look!

La Vie d’Adèle

The trailer for La Vie d’Adèle – Chapitres 1 & 2, otherwise known as Blue is the Warmest Colour has been released, and I must admit that I am completely astounded. The film looks unreservedly incredible !!!!!

The film features Adèle Exarchopoulos and Léa Seydoux, and is directed by Abdellatif Kechiche. It’s released on the 22nd of Nov in the UK.

I was lucky enough to visit the beautiful Eastern European enclave of Budapest a few weeks ago, which happens to be where my second favourite director Wes Anderson’s new film ‘The Grand Budapest Hotel’ is set, hurraaah !
